Blue and White

I read once that Blue was Americas favorite color. Looking at the pictures below I can see why. I dont really have very much blue in my house but I guess we always want what we don't/can't have?

Carmel

This is one of my favorite houses in Carmel, I wish I had taken more photos of the garden which is absolutely gorgeous. It has a lot of ferns and foxgloves...very fairy tale like.


Across the street is a dreamy Bed and Breakfast Inn....Sorry, I forgot the name of it.

Black Butte Ranch Resort, Oregon

I just came back from our 8th Annual Sisters trip to Black Butte Ranch and the Quilt Show at Sisters Oregon. Black Butte Ranch Resort is so beautiful, it is very family oriented with plenty fun things to do for every member of the family, Horeseback Riding, Biking, Swimming for mom and dad it has a fantastic Spa.

My sisters at the Quilt show in Sisters Oregon, We had a tail gate party while watching Alex Aleander and Ricky Tims show some of there quilts.

Lori Mitchell Dolls

I have a small collection of Lori Mitchell Folk Art Dolls. I picked up these two recently.....they just make me smile when I see them.

Old Town, San Diego

This shop in Old Town had lantterns and figurines made out of tin. They were very beautiful especially when lit from the inside. My daughter and her friend were having fun trying on different hats...they were so funny!

A relaxing dinner at a local resturant ......Margarita's......Chips and Salsa with with family and friends...thats the good life.

Casey's Cupcakes and Candies, Riverside CA

On a visit to Riverside, my daughter took my sister and I to Casey's Cupcakes, located next to the beautiful Mission Inn, Riverside Ca. I know that cupcakes are really popular right now but I was especially impressed with this shop. Not only are the cupcakes out of this world delicious but the presentation is absoultely devine.

The girls uniforms are so cute. They were very sweet to take a moment out of there very busy day to allow me to photo them for my blog.
